Procedure

1. Spray 3 to 5 sprays of RX23 super strength foul odour eliminator into the air pointing towards the corners of the room. This will eliminate airborne urine odours while full de-odourisation programme is completed.
2. Dilute 1 part XSA with 20 parts water and wash down walls, splash backs, urinals, floors, washbasins, toilets.
3. Spray RX66 Bio-enzymatic odour digester liberally onto walls, splash backs, urinals and toilets. Flood floors and allow to stay wet for 2 -3 hours. This allows the good bacteria time to penetrate below the surface and produce sufficient enzymes to consume the organic matter that produce the foul smells.
4. Re-spray all treated areas with RX66.
5. Pour 50ml of RX32 drain opener and waste digester down each drain, toilet, sink & urinal having first removed as much water as practical. RX32 will digest odour producing matter in the pipes and create a bio-film on the inside of drain lines to prevent the build up of odour producing bacteria.
6. Place 2 RXSent1 odour control cabinets fitted with RX19 microcells in the room. The microcells continue to operate 100% of the time, 24 hours a day to erase any airborne odours from the daily use of the toilets. RX19 extra strength microcells are effective for 45 to 60 days in toilet applications.
7. Repeat steps 1 to 4 daily until odours are digested – 1 or 2 applications is frequently sufficient.
8. Repeat steps 1 to 5 monthly.
